The Compulsory Purchase Order for the Edge Lane West regeneration scheme in Liverpool, which was initially refused in 2006, has been confirmed.
The development will provide hundreds of new homes (I like the old ones) , an “urban boulevard” (not sure about that) and retail and business space, but involves the demolition of a large number of houses on the main route to the M62.
